Payment methods

For our webshop, we offer the following payment options:

iDEAL / WERO

With iDEAL, you can pay for your purchases reliably, securely and easily. iDEAL is the system that directly links you to your online banking program when making an online purchase. You do not need to register, download any files or create an account to use iDEAL.

If you use online banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers, Knab or Bunq, you can pay directly with iDEAL. You can then pay quickly and easily in the familiar online payment environment of your own bank. Pay just as you are already used to.

Bancontact / Mister Cash

With Bancontact / Mister Cash, account holders of, among others, Dexia, Fortis, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA Bank and VDK Spaarbank can make online purchases using their bank card. Safety and reliability are absolutely guaranteed.

Once you have completed the transaction, we will process your order immediately.

Bank transfer

Choose the "Bank transfer" option at checkout. After completing your order, you will receive an email from Sisow immediately. This email contains the instructions for paying by bank transfer. You can transfer your payment through your own bank using the details provided in this email, or you can use the iDEAL payment link.

Once the payment has been made and we have received confirmation from Sisow, your order will be shipped. This may take a few days. Therefore, short-term delivery is not possible! The payment must be made within 7 business days.

Please note that bank transfers can take 1 to 3 business days to process, depending on your bank. During the ordering process, select “Pay by Bank Transfer” as your payment method.

Orders made by bank transfer are reserved for 7 days. If payment is not received within 7 days, the order will be automatically canceled. If desired, you can place a new order.

Features:

  • You will receive the payment details by email;
  • The payment is processed by Shopify Payments
  • You will receive an email notification once we have received the order amount (this may take 1 to 3 business days, depending on your bank);
  • After receipt of payment, your order will be delivered to your delivery address on the next business day.

Visa, MasterCard or Maestro

You can also pay with your credit card. This is done via an SSL-secured server that transmits your credit card details in encrypted form. Depending on the processing speed of the credit card company, your order will be shipped within one to 2 business days. If you would like your order shipped the same day, consider paying with iDEAL. This is free and very fast. We do not charge any extra fees for online orders paid by credit card.
