Shipping

We will deliver your order as soon as possible and with the utmost care. Mattress deliveries are carried out either by us or by our logistics partner, depending on the address. As soon as your mattress order is received, we will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. We will then discuss the day of delivery and a time slot for your delivery. This means you won't have to stay home all day.

Post NL Parcel Service

For small orders and accessories. Once the order has been completed and you have received a confirmation, we will prepare it for shipment and register your order with Post NL for delivery. If you are not home for the first delivery, Post NL will make a second attempt. If you were unable to receive the package, it will be available for pickup at the nearest Post NL collection point the next working day after 3:00 PM.

Shipping costs

The following applies to the Wadden Islands: Parcel deliveries are delivered by PostNL to the Wadden Islands. Truck deliveries will be delivered by our carrier to the island carrier on the expected delivery date. This carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your order has arrived. The additional transport costs must be paid directly to the island carrier.
